DUES

WGVBA has been committed to offering the lowest dues region-wide since its first year of operation, while providing training and competition opportunities on par with costly, metro-area clubs. In our continued efforts to remain transparent while offering the lowest available costs, this year parents will purchase all competition and practice gear directly from a team store set up by our equipment supplier. By allowing our parents to make direct purchases, we are able to lower our dues even further and continue our mission of providing affordable youth volleyball training to the young athletes in our communities. Dues for the 2026-2027 season will be $450 to cover the costs of team registrations and certifications, tourney entry fees, equipment, coaching costs, and the club’s administrative costs.

All dues are invoiced through Square, which allows various forms of payment. Please make arrangements with us to pay via cash or check. WGVBA is also able to receive payments through its Paypal account.

For sponsorships, please provide our Sponsorship Form with your payment:

IMPORTANT RULES, DON’T IGNORE!

Our agreement to use our practice facilities include the following rules:

  • Only players and coaches are allowed into the gym; parents, guardians, siblings, or other family members may not enter the gym for any reason
  • Drop/off and pick/up must be in accordance with the School Police Officer directing our access, including no parking in fire lanes
  • The gym must be cleaned after every session; all athletes must participate in this process
  • The gym doors will remain closed at all times. If coaches and staff are not monitoring the door or responding to phone calls/texts, you may miss your opportunity to participate. This is not a punishment for arriving late, but rather it is a part of a district wide safety protocol
  • Athletes must bring their own water bottles with them and dispose of them when they are finished. No water will be provided by the school or WGVBA. Athletes do not have permission to take any waters stored by the school
  • Athletes must stay confined to the gym. No athletes is permitted to access any other part of the campus.

We must all cooperate to ensure we can continue the privileges of using the school facilities!
