Dues: Annual dues for the 2026-27 season will be determined after confirming what gym rental fees we must include in our budget.
During the 2026-27 season, parents will directly pay for their athlete’s Lone Star Region registration and competition and practice gear, allowing WGVBA to reduce dues to account for those expenses. A payment schedule will be published when Uvalde dues are finalized.
Please note, you must be in good-standing with WGVBA to be able to use a payment plan. If you have ended a prior season without full payment of dues, you will need to pay your 2026-27 dues in full to participate and restore your good-standing.
Teams: we anticipate being able to offer teams from 4th grade through high school. Each team should have between 10-12 players. Athletes can only play with their age division and older.
To determine their age division, the Lone Star Volleyball Region uses their age as of July 1, 2027. For example, even if your athlete turns 13 on June 30, 2027, then she must play 13U and above even though she will be 13 for just one day of the season.
We always try to keep athletes within their age division, but there may be circumstances where we ask a player to play up in another division.
