You are cordially invited to attend WGVBA’s 2nd Annual Awards Ceremony and Banquet to celebrate our athletes during the 2022-2023 season! The Banquet will be held Sunday, July 2, 2023 from 2pm-5pm at the Dimmit County Rodeo Arena Conference Center located at 539 Industrial Blvd, Carrizo Springs, TX 78834.
The banquet will start will a full meal with hamburger steak or spaghetti options, so please plan accordingly for a late lunch. The meal will be followed by a presentation of awards with opportunities for team and individual pictures. We hope to see you and your families there! Please RSVP using the form below by June 25th so that we may place the food order with our caterer.
*Please note, all dues balances must be paid in full for an athlete to be eligible to receive a team or coach’s award and for the family to attend the banquet or any other activities planned for this summer.
